FASTPASS tickets are distributed by a kiosk electronically. You will find these machines near the entrance of each attraction equipped with the FASTPASS system. As you approach the attraction, you will find three separate lines, clearly marked.
- Standby Line – this is what we will call the “regular line.”
- FASTPASS Distribution Line – This is where the FASTPASS kiosks are located.
- FASTPASS Return Line – This is the line in which you will get when you return to the attraction at your assigned time.
To obtain your FASTPASS head into the FASTPASS Distribution line. This line is separate from the standby line so if you see a crowd, don’t be discouraged you’ll be able to get to the FASTPASS kiosk almost immediately. Insert your park admission ticket and wait for the FASTPASS ticket to be dispensed. Grab your FASTPASS ticket and put it in a safe place. You will need to hand it to the Disney Cast Member upon your return.
Sounds easy, right? Well, it is. However, there are many tips and tricks you should follow to be able to take full advantage of the system. Chosing a FASTPASS over standing in the standby-line isn't always the best decision.
